The words \u201c<em>If not us, who? If not now, when?<\/em>\u201d were chosen symbolically for the name of this year\u2019s conference.<\/p>\n<p>One of the central messages, according to the general secretary of the Association of Insurers of Serbia,\u00a0<strong>Du\u0161ko Jovanovi\u0107<\/strong>, was an appeal to citizens to take responsibility for their property and the health of their loved ones.<\/p>\n<p>Our colleague,\u00a0<strong>Milan Janji\u0107<\/strong>, gave an inspiring lecture on the topic: \u201c<em>Applying AI in Insurance: Empowering Customer Interaction<\/em>\u201c, highlighting the key role of artificial intelligence in improving customer communication in the insurance industry.
