This year, the Association of Insurers of Serbia also organized an IT meeting \u201cDigitalization, Insurance, Technology\u201d, where colleagues Bojan Ostoji\u0107 and Savo Mandrapa had the opportunity to meet with colleagues from the insurance industry and exchange experience regarding the role of IT in insurance.<br \/>Also, Saga Group was the gold sponsor of this year\u2019s #BankInfo conference. Colleague Milen Janji\u0107, from our company Intellya, pointed out the significant role of artificial intelligence in creating a personalized user experience and competitive advantage in the banking sector. In addition, colleague Slavko Milojevi\u0107 from NF Innova was a participant in the panel: Digital banking in the SME segment \u2013 Challenges and opportunities and pointed out the challenges they face and talked about the potential this segment has for banks.<\/p>\n<p>Last but not least, in partnership with Intellya, we were also part of the TU Ski&amp;SpaWorkshop. Colleague Tamara To\u0161ovi\u0107, in the form of a short presentation, presented a comprehensive ecosystem of artificial intelligence software solutions in conjunction with the Genesys contact center, which we designed in order to transform the experience of service users \u2013 passengers.
