The Virtual Assistant is available 24 hours for all potential citizens\u2019 questions regarding COVID-19 at\u00a0https:\/\/covid19.rs\/.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chatbot COVID-19 Info Serbia<\/strong>\u00a0has exchanged over\u00a0<strong>2,000,000 messages<\/strong>\u00a0in less than 7 days in over\u00a0<strong>383,000 conversations<\/strong>, with more than\u00a0<strong>129,000 users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, 65\u00a0<strong>topics and scenarios related to the virus<\/strong>\u00a0were covered, about the virus itself, prescribed measures by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, symptoms, and severity of the disease, therapy and testing for the virus, measures of prevention, self-isolation and many more topics and questions that citizens ask daily. Already in the second phase, based on user inquiries, the number of scenarios has reached\u00a0<strong>more than 80<\/strong>, and the chatbot can now provide you with information on the rights of employees in isolation, on student exams, on raising a pension, children kindergarten application electronically, about online cultural content, how to become a volunteer and the answers to many questions that plague you during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>You can access the platform directly through the link: viber:\/\/pa?chatURI=COVID19Info, and you can get the information by entering text questions or by selecting one of the categories offered.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9172&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]In addition to important information about the virus itself, its prevalence in Serbia and around the world, the contact phone numbers of services you can contact if you suspect a virus or you need help, you can also ask the chatbot what are the symptoms of the virus, how the virus is transmitted, what are the risk groups to get sick, which is a therapy for the treatment of viruses and the other.
