The conference is aimed at ambitious experts and experts from different companies (business developers, innovation managers, CEOs and top management, marketing and sales professionals, HR professionals, IT managers, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>As part of the main day of the Future is now conference, a panel discussion was held on \u201cBusiness Innovation with New Technologies (AI, VR, Blockchain \u2026)\u201d, and the moderator of this panel was Nebojsa Bjelotomic, our CEO. Nebojsa\u2019s interlocutors were: Radmila Mitrovic, Head of Network Development at MOL, Sofija Jovicic, Head of Contact Center Department at Raiffeisen Bank of Serbia, and Filip Panjevic, CTO at YDrive.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9051&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9052&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9050&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The panel was intended to convey to the attendees the fact that innovation is something that must be an integral part of daily thinking, and the panelists presented this through examples of the different companies they come from. It is not a problem to present the innovation to colleagues, if you explain to them that it will benefit them, which is also the situation with the user, who accepts the innovation only if he directly benefits from it. The fact is that we need to be aware that today\u2019s innovations involve the use of data, which are personal in nature, and that should be done tactically, should leave room for someone not to communicate through the application.<\/p>\n<p>Innovation in Serbia is very possible, there are many smart and good people who can be available for innovation within companies in Serbia, and they can also do it for the global market, because today everything is global and one has to think about it from the start.
