[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It is already known that we are regular visitors to all four Vivaldi forums on Mokra Gora. This year\u2019s Autumn Vivaldi HR Forum aimed to show what Serbia currently has in terms of concrete applied successful (and possibly unsuccessful) practices, to tell stories from a real-life everyday, to tell who went wrong and who didn\u2019t. It was held from 18th<\/sup>\u00a0-21th September on \u201cPeople with a Purpose \u2013 HR Practices That Make a Difference!\u201d.<\/p>\n

Our Sofija Cerovic, Director of the Human Resources Department, held a workshop where she presented the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to the attendees. EVP is an ecosystem of support, recognition and value that an employer provides to employees to reach their full potential at work. Sofija introduced the EVP components at the beginning of the presentation:[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8962″ img_size=”large” css=””][vc_column_text]After that, the steps in defining EVP are outlined, of which we have focused on the first three below:<\/p>\n

  1. Defining employee persona<\/li>\n
  2. Defining your EVP elements<\/li>\n
  3. Writing EVP<\/li>\n
  4. Communicating EVP<\/li>\n
  5. Measurement of results<\/li>\n
  6. EVP harmonization<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Sonja Cetkovic, co-director of the forum, announced us as the rare company in our market to create her EVP. We talked about what EVP is, how it is created and why it is important to communicate.
