Real-time decision hub provides business logic of the system (BPM) and management of CRM business processes. CRM front-end application, as one of the most important components of the CRM solution, provides a centralized screening of all relevant data about clients (360 customer view), collected from different sources and synchronized in real time.
Selecta provides a customer-centric approach, increased sales efficiency, improved communication with customers, and reduced lead time. Operational module
