Yes, Saga offers internships for final-year undergraduate and master’s students. Throughout the year, an application form is available on our website, where candidates can leave their details, specify their areas of interest, and attach their CV. All applications are stored in our database, and when a new internship role opens, we review the database and contact candidates whose profiles fit the requirements. This ensures a faster, more efficient selection process and provides students with opportunities they may not have been actively monitoring.
What does an internship at Saga look like?
Each intern at Saga is assigned a mentor who guides them through the learning and work process. Internships require 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule — for example, 4 hours a day or another arrangement agreed with the mentor and team. Duration ranges from one to six months, with contracts signed monthly and mutually agreed upon for continuation.
The program is tailored to the intern’s skills and knowledge level, enabling practical learning and growth under mentor supervision.
Is there a possibility of employment after the internship?
Yes. More than half of our interns so far have been offered the opportunity to continue their careers at Saga through projects and team collaboration. Depending on the needs and capacity of the teams, employment may be offered once the internship ends, especially if a position opens in the area where the intern was engaged.

Saga’s work environment is designed to support efficient teamwork and communication. The office is not open space — teams are in separate rooms according to their sector, allowing focus and better collaboration. Employees also have access to modern facilities, demo rooms for presentations and training, as well as amenities such as table tennis, pinball, and a café, creating a pleasant and motivating atmosphere with a balance between work and breaks.
