Our HR Director, Ivana Gajović, offered an inspiring answer to this question during her presentation at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, titled:
“Synergy of Human and Artificial Intelligence in Modern HR – Case Study: How to Successfully Integrate Modern HR Practices.”

In her presentation, Ivana showcased how contemporary HR practices can be enhanced through the use of AI technologies, highlighting a concrete example from practice – Missing Link by Smart, a Noventiq company, a member of the Saga Group.

This innovative solution uses artificial intelligence to automate and optimize candidate selection, enabling faster, more precise, and more objective decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
As a result, HR professionals gain more space to focus on what truly matters – people and relationships.

One of the panel topics preceding Ivana’s presentation addressed data protection, which opened the opportunity to emphasize a key aspect of Missing Link – its full compliance with the highest data security and information protection standards.
