
At the beginning of 2026, Cisco introduced a new partner model – Cisco 360 – which redefines how partners are evaluated, placing strong emphasis on a managed services approach, Customer Success, and long-term value for end users. Within this new program, we have achieved Preferred status in four out of six portfolios:
Services, Networking, Security, and Collaboration.
With this achievement, we are currently the best-positioned Cisco partner in Serbia by the number of attained Preferred statuses compared to the local competition. These statuses are valid until July 31, 2027.
FOCUS ON COMPETENCIES AND DELIVERY QUALITY
The Cisco 360 model evaluates developed technical and consulting competencies, the ability to deliver complex projects, the quality of post-sales support, and continuous improvement of customer experience. The achieved status confirms that we meet high standards in terms of expertise, operational maturity, and the quality of solution delivery across these areas.
This result is the outcome of long-term investment in competency development, technical training, and strengthening expert teams—particularly in the domains of networking technologies and cybersecurity—as well as continuous enhancement of services based on Cisco technologies.
STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE FOR THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANAGED SERVICES MODEL
Participation in the Cisco 360 program with multiple Preferred statuses represents an important strategic step in the further development of our managed services offering. The new partner model further encourages proactive management of infrastructure, security, and collaboration systems, with a focus on measurable business outcomes and long-term client relationships.
With this status, we further strengthen our position within the Cisco ecosystem and reaffirm our commitment to continuously improving competencies and the quality of services we deliver to the market.
