In accordance with tradition, this year we also supported the Serbian Insurance Days, one of the largest conferences in the region, which is entirely dedicated to topics in the field of insurance, with golden sponsorship.
The gathering brought together key industry players to discuss important insurance topics. The words “If not us, who? If not now, when?” were chosen symbolically for the name of this year’s conference.
One of the central messages, according to the general secretary of the Association of Insurers of Serbia, Duško Jovanović, was an appeal to citizens to take responsibility for their property and the health of their loved ones.
Our colleague, Milan Janjić, gave an inspiring lecture on the topic: “Applying AI in Insurance: Empowering Customer Interaction“, highlighting the key role of artificial intelligence in improving customer communication in the insurance industry. Also, colleague Nikola Adžić presented Saga’s new product, Docfluence, which is focused on electronic archiving of documentation.
In this way, our colleagues emphasized our desire to modernize and adapt to new technologies in order to improve the user experience.
