Within this two-day conference we organized two meetups which took place on October 9th 2019 Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad and October 10th 2019 at the startup center of the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
Our colleague Zlatko Trifković, Technological Solutions Architect, told the present students of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad his experiences as aa Network Engineer. What is his sector doing in our company? What does his job look like? What are some of the challenges facing this position? Zlatko answered these and many more questions, and through examples finally presented what he actually does.
The next day, our colleague Matija Bogdanovic presented what it’s like to be an IT salesman in Serbia. Matija really tried to get young people closer to the Account Manager job and what his job entails. You could also hear about the qualities of a good IT salesperson, what are the three areas of focus in IT sales and how not to lose out on cheaper competition. Matija answered the question “Why IT Sales (Sales)?” But also approximated the terms Perfect Sales and Unique Sales Proposal (USP).
We hope that we have made a good impression on young people and that we have at least in part contributed to the development of their careers.
