The Future is a Joint Project of People and Technology

At the conference “Key Trends in the Financial and Real Sector,” held from September 22 to 24 in Zlatibor, our Marketing Director Tamara Jokanović participated in the panel “Who is the 21st Century Client and How to Reach Them?” where she spoke about the role of technology in modern business.

In a time of rapid change, our stance is clear: we are not afraid of technology, but we believe in its purpose. Technology is created by people, for people. That’s why our slogan, “People move, Tech improve,” is not just a phrase but a guiding principle towards sustainable development.

Tamara highlighted key directions in which technology is used to improve customer experience and business efficiency:

• AI, CRM, RPA, and BI work for the benefit of users by providing 24/7 availability, while leaving people what is irreplaceable: empathy, judgment, and creativity.

• Cyber Security becomes the foundation of trust, which is the main currency of the future.
