We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed and passed the Cisco audit for two new Cisco Powered Services (CPS):
- Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Managed Service
- Cisco Meraki Access Managed Service
Together with our existing Cisco Managed Firewall designation, Saga now officially holds three Cisco Powered Services designations. This recognition builds on a strong year with Cisco: after earning Preferred status in four portfolios under the Cisco 360 program earlier this year, we have now added a fifth, Cisco Preferred Cloud and AI Infrastructure Partner.
With five Preferred designations and three Cisco Powered Services, Saga now covers the full Cisco portfolio, from networking and security, through collaboration and services, all the way to cloud and AI infrastructure.
What is Cisco Powered Services?
Cisco Powered Services is a program through which Cisco validates that a partner delivers managed services built on Cisco technology in line with its global standards. To earn the designation, a partner must pass an independent audit covering its operations center, engineering processes, solution architecture and quality of support.
