This year, Saga launched Beyond by Saga, a talent program designed to identify, support and develop people with the potential to grow together with the company. The program officially started with a kick-off event held on October 21st , and its first step was anything but ordinary.

A kick-off built around the “Treasure of the Desert Kings” business simulation

Instead of a traditional introductory session, participants set out in search of the “Treasure of the Desert Kings”. Throughout the business simulation, they faced a series of challenges that required them to plan, assess risks, manage limited resources and make decisions as a team, often under time pressure.

The simulation highlighted the very essence of the program: the best results come when knowledge, creativity and collaboration come together at the right moment. The day was full of energy, idea sharing and genuine team spirit.

Why we launched Beyond by Saga

That is why Beyond by Saga focuses on:

Over 18 months, 17 participants from sales, technology solutions, engineering, project management, HR and finance will learn, grow and connect beyond the boundaries of their own teams.
