Nebojsa Bjelotomic at the Future is now conference
We were the sponsors of this year's Future is now conference, and Nebojsa Bjelotomic was the moderator of the panel "Business Innovations with New Technologies"
Future is now is a conference dedicated to corporate innovation and IT trends that contribute to business development, held December 2-6. The conference is aimed at ambitious experts and experts from different companies (business developers, innovation managers, CEOs and top management, marketing and sales professionals, HR professionals, IT managers, etc.).
As part of the main day of the Future is now conference, a panel discussion was held on “Business Innovation with New Technologies (AI, VR, Blockchain …)”, and the moderator of this panel was Nebojsa Bjelotomic, our CEO. Nebojsa’s interlocutors were: Radmila Mitrovic, Head of Network Development at MOL, Sofija Jovicic, Head of Contact Center Department at Raiffeisen Bank of Serbia, and Filip Panjevic, CTO at YDrive.
The panel was intended to convey to the attendees the fact that innovation is something that must be an integral part of daily thinking, and the panelists presented this through examples of the different companies they come from. It is not a problem to present the innovation to colleagues, if you explain to them that it will benefit them, which is also the situation with the user, who accepts the innovation only if he directly benefits from it. The fact is that we need to be aware that today’s innovations involve the use of data, which are personal in nature, and that should be done tactically, should leave room for someone not to communicate through the application.
Innovation in Serbia is very possible, there are many smart and good people who can be available for innovation within companies in Serbia, and they can also do it for the global market, because today everything is global and one has to think about it from the start. Innovation is definitely not “bugbear”, or anything in the name of this panel (AI, VR, Blockchain …), they are all names for something that is almost ground-based. “Artificial intelligence is not magic, Artificial intelligence is mathematics,” and everyone present learned so much mathematics that there is innate algorithmic thinking above the average of the global population, and those are potential good users and good potential implementers of innovation, especially those who is based on artificial technology.
