Recently, we were part of several important events, and the first in a series was certainly the DOT conferences. This year, the Association of Insurers of Serbia also organized an IT meeting “Digitalization, Insurance, Technology”, where colleagues Bojan Ostojić and Savo Mandrapa had the opportunity to meet with colleagues from the insurance industry and exchange experience regarding the role of IT in insurance.
Also, Saga Group was the gold sponsor of this year’s #BankInfo conference. Colleague Milen Janjić, from our company Intellya, pointed out the significant role of artificial intelligence in creating a personalized user experience and competitive advantage in the banking sector. In addition, colleague Slavko Milojević from NF Innova was a participant in the panel: Digital banking in the SME segment – Challenges and opportunities and pointed out the challenges they face and talked about the potential this segment has for banks.

Last but not least, in partnership with Intellya, we were also part of the TU Ski&SpaWorkshop. Colleague Tamara Tošović, in the form of a short presentation, presented a comprehensive ecosystem of artificial intelligence software solutions in conjunction with the Genesys contact center, which we designed in order to transform the experience of service users – passengers. With this, we have shown that we understand the needs of this industry and that we are a reliable partner and quality IT support.
