We introduced RPA and our advanced CRM solution at the Bankinfo conference
- Marko Adzic, Director of Function Software Solutions for the Private Sector – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Video Identification of Users
- Kristina Knezevic, Product Owner at Own Intellectual Property Solution Dept – Data-Driven Banking
Marko spoke to the attendees on the topic of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and video identification of users, and showed this through a request for an online cash loan, all in communication with our advanced solution – Weaver. Weaver is a platform that contains a smart chatbot that performs human-like communication with users and understands their needs. Marko explained what the process looks like from filing a request, through chatbot communication, giving an ID, identifying a user and getting an online loan in 30 minutes. He presented the benefits of RPA technology, and explained how automating all these processes leads to increased quality, productivity, speed of implementation, and cost reduction.
On the second day of the conference, Kristina presented our implementation of data driven banking. She also talked about the importance of using data in banking, showing the attendees trends in the implementation of AI in business, as well as what are the initiatives in the banking sector. Based on the global banking sector survey, the following conclusions were reached: 40% increased productivity through the use of artificial intelligence, 47% of digitally mature companies have a defined AI strategy, while 84% of companies believe that AI will enable them to gain a competitive advantage. She showed the attendees what AI initiatives are in the banking sector and that there are changes in all parts of the bank’s business. She outlined the impact of Fintechs on the bank’s business, why customers opt for fintechs, but also where banks’ strength lies and how they can overcome existing problems. Finally, she presented our solution Selecta, through demos as well as through facts that support our initiative.
